1. ONLINE SHOPPING

We take care to ensure that all prices, pictures, and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct. We have made every effort to display the appearance, colors, textures, and finishes of our products as accurately as possible. However, what you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment; therefore, we cannot guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of the Lux Cheveux website due to changes and updates to certain sections

 2. PROCESS

It will take 2-3 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If you place your order on a Monday, it should ship on Tuesday or Wednesday. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. All orders placed on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Non-acceptance of your order may be due to one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons: the product you ordered is out of stock, our inability to obtain authorization for your payment, we have identified a pricing or product description error, or there is a system or procurement failure. When you place an order on our website, we will email you the order details, including the product you ordered, and the payment method used.

 3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

After your order has been processed (typically taking 1-2 business days, depending on when you placed your order and the shipping speed you choose), you will receive a tracking number for your order.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched and delivered, you can do so by emailing us at Luxcheveinc@gmail.com or by using the "Contact Us" page. Simply provide your order number and the reason for cancellation, and you will receive an email confirmation within minutes confirming the cancellation.
As it is our policy to process orders immediately, it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched.

We only accept payment for orders in US Dollars.
We accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order concerning the incorrectly priced item as canceled.

8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Once an item is sold out, it will be removed from the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again.
Prices of products may change from time to time. Goods are subject to availability.
As there is a delay between when your order is placed and when the order is accepted, the stock status of specific items may change.
If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you will not be charged for the out-of-stock items.
