Shipping Policy

Shipping Information -

At Lux Cheveux, we believe luxury should extend beyond your purchase. From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives, we're committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and thoughtfully managed shipping experience.

Shipping Within the United States

Lux Cheveux offers standard USPS shipping on orders within the contiguous United States.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. Any eligible shipping promotions will be applied according to their stated terms.

Order Processing & Delivery

Every order is carefully prepared before shipment to ensure your items are ready for delivery.

Estimated delivery times, including order processing, are approximately two weeks, depending on product availability, destination, and carrier conditions.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guarantees. Orders may occasionally experience delays due to high demand, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your purchase details.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your shipping confirmation is sent.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary depending on the destination.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees associated with international shipments.

For questions about international shipping availability, please contact us before placing your order.
