Shipping & Return Policy

Returns for Online Orders

At Lux Cheveux, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following return policy carefully.

• Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 5 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be returned in their original condition. Products must be unused, unworn, uncut (including the lace), and include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
• A 20% restocking fee will be deducted if any part of the original packaging is missing, including tags, accessories, stuffing, or the storage bag.
• Returns will not be accepted for items that have been worn, styled, brushed, cut, washed, colored, chemically treated, or otherwise altered.
• Returns will not be accepted if the item is tangled or has any odors, including, but not limited to, perfume, smoke, food, or perspiration.
• Wig caps are eligible for return only if the original packaging remains unopened and sealed.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless Lux Cheveux shipped an incorrect or defective item.
• Customers may use the shipping carrier of their choice. However, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Lux Cheveux is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
• Once your return is received, it will be inspected within 3–7 business days. If approved, your refund, exchange, or store credit (as applicable) will be processed promptly.
• If you received the correct item but are dissatisfied with the color, this is considered a standard return and not a product error. Please note that colors may appear differently depending on your device's screen settings.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error made by Lux Cheveux.
