Shipping & Return Policy: PURCHASED ONLINE
- The item must be sent back to our warehouse within 5 days of receiving the order.
- Returns must be in original condition. The item must be unused, uncut (including lace), and have the original tags and packaging.
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted if the item is missing any part of the original packaging. This includes the tag, any accessories, stuffing, or the bag.
- Returns will not be accepted if the item has been styled, cut, or damaged.
- Returns will not be accepted if the item is tangled or contains any external odors, such as fragrances, smoke, food, or sweat.
- Wig caps can be returned only if the packaging has never been opened.
- The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. The package can be sent back to our office via the most affordable shipping method of the customer’s choice.
- Returned items will be thoroughly inspected within 3-7 business days of receiving the package.
- If the customer received the correct item but does not like the color in person, this will be considered a general return, not a product error. Monitors may display colors differently depending on the settings.
